This blog is free information for people in need

As a psychotherapist who has travelled his own path in search of personal meaning, of suffering and distress, this blog is a collection of non-commercial, free information that I offer as a means of helping you find the help you need; to better understand your difficulties, and hopefully in some small way gain perspective on your problems, and do a little bit to ease any doubt, pain or struggle you might have as you seek meaningful support.

At the foot of each page there is a keyword cloud and search box that you can use to identify specific topics.  In the blog are some general guides on how to choose therapeutic help, how to use it to best effect, some of the pitfalls of public and private services, as well as posts on particular subjects that are commonly addressed in Existential Analytic Psychotherapy.

You can subscribe and follow my blog by email by entering your email address at the foot of the page and clicking on ‘Follow’

Hi J, nice to hear from you. I’ve tried to find your blog a few times and seem to have unfollowed it unwittingly. Tried to re-follow but don’t see a button. Hope you and your family are doing well too my friend.
