This page contains some information on the types of work and formats I offer and some of the topics people have brought to me over the years.  It is by no means an exhaustive list and you should contact me if you have specific needs or difficulties not listed here.

Psychotherapy and Counselling Features

  • Low cost introductory meeting
  • Reducing fee scale for people in greatest need
  • 60 or 90 minute sessions instead of the conventional ’50 minute hour’
  • Time-limited or open-ended work
